And here's how I am going to achieve these goals:
- Plan my food and exercise weekly, then stick to my plan
- Limit my red flag days where possible, and where not possible - be sensible!
- Stick to exercise plan over xmas and don't indulge too often - be sensible!
- Control the voice in my head which justifies diversions from the plan - don't let it control me!
- JFDI!
Other Goals
By the end of the round:
- 30 pushups on my toes
- 4min plank on my toes
- Sub 4m 30s 1km run
- Complete the Manly Dam 10.2 km trail run in Dec, Jan and Feb, and beat my time each time
- Be feeling like I gave it 100% and I am happy with what I have achieved - not just good enough but amazing!
