Had a lovely weekend in Bundeena, and was actually really good. Was only a couple of grams heavier when we got back instead of kgs. We walked so much - did the Coast Track to Little Marley on the Saturday, then explored all around Bundeena on the Sunday. We ate really well too, though a little much, but no where near as bad as it normally would have been. Took the slow cooker and put that on before we went walking on Sat. Was so glad we did as was exhausted when we got back and dinner was pretty much ready and smelled amazing! The place we stayed at was gorgeous, and so perfect!
Greg leaves for a week in Singapore this morning for work. I'm going to be so lonely! Need to see this as an opportunity to be really healthy and good with my eating, do lots of exercise, do lots of work and be looking and feeling better when he gets home!
Have been pretty good this week. Managed a 6km run yesterday which felt really good. Meant to go to the gym this morning, but had such a crappy sleep. Excuses I know. So tired though. And then also had to get Greg out the door...
