Day 2 - Going strong!

Nailed day one and started day two off with a bang with the mish on possible workout. Its hard but good. Feeling pretty amazing!

Had the yummiest breakfast - oats and all bran with grated pear and milk. Doesn't sound great but so tasty!  All washed down with a big glass of water with a squeeze of lemon.  And ate it sitting in the sun at the dining table too, though the dining table is still shoved against the wall to make room for my workouts!

Felt so good about it this morning when I was walking to the train that I called a friend who is doing it too, and she was feeling the same!  Hope we can hold on to this feeling, or at least remember it when the going gets tough!

Yummy dinner too! Wholemeal spaghetti with tuna, cherry tomatoes and zucchini.  Can't say I like wholemeal pasta as much as the normal, but was really yummy and filling to.
